Each 90-minute Bikram Yoga class is done in a HEATED room to increase circulation and warm your muscles. The heat allows for a deeper workout, improves cardiovascular health, prevents injury and cleanses the body.
Bikram Choudhury's series of 26 postures, two breathing exercises is designed to benefit every muscle, tendon, joint, ligament, organ, gland and cell in your body. It will detoxify your body and improve the functioning of all bodily systems.
